I am disappointed with my experience at this practice. The overall quality of care and the way patients are treated did not meet my expectations. During my visits, the consultation was conducted by Nurse Practitioner Jackie Louimaire, while the documentation was signed by Dr. Song. Although Dr. Song performed the procedure, I never had a meaningful opportunity to consult with him directly regarding my condition or treatment plan. Se llega alas citas te las suspenden por cualquier razón de ellos y si falta no fallan en cobrarte cuando no confirmas que vas automáticamente ellos te cobran y las que está al frente atendiendo patética y inepta con los pacientes
Honestly disappointed in this office. The Dr’s bedside manner is terrible. He doesn’t look you in the eyes and makes you feel inadequate. Was scheduled to have surgery today for an implantation of a pain blocker and was rescheduled without warning. They put it all in the hospital. They didn’t check until last minute to see if the clearance was sent and other paperwork. They are really strict with cancellations (which I can understand) where they charge a ridiculous large amount for last minute but when it comes to the patien... read more
dr was nice with the nurse practitioner only problem is you wait too long for an appointment? The staff is very nasty. you ask a question staff wants to run down your throat. I wish I could’ve stayed with the doctor.
