EVERYONE on staff is excellent! From day one of stepping foot into Dr. Sands’ office, every single person that I have come into contact with has treated me with utmost kindness. I have seen several different hygienists over the years and have never had a bad experience. My daughter went to Sands dentist for the first time and visit. Felt like everyone there was all about out of pocket expenses. Charging for X-rays, telling her she has Gingivitis, 3 cavities and cost out of pocket. Went to another dentist, No Gingivitis and 2 cavities not 3. Felt like money meant more to them than the patient.. Very sad..
Two years ago the last time I went when I did teeth cleaning I went on my own and I had a cleaner named Christina and I felt I was being treated unfairly because she asked me “why you didn’t bring your mom” which I think she did it multiple times so then I had to call her. While she was doing that she was cleaning my teeth in a hostile way and that caused my teeth to hurt so bad.
