6 month follow-up appointment: arrived a few minutes early, escorted to exam room within minutes of the scheduled start time for the appointment but waited more than 30 minutes once in the exam room. Didn’t want to leave because ultrasound results needed explanation. I understand I’m not the only patient and that there may be procedures being performed that require focus and attention. Do better: it only takes a minute to inform a patient waiting to be seen that there’s unavoidable delays.
He takes his time to talk with you. Very personable.
