This review is more to the staff. Dr. Ling has been very helpful and was/is willing to put in the work. My Husband and Father both see/saw Ling and loved working with him. But the office staff has made it so hard to get to get a prescription / Dexcom Refill that it is not longer worth going to this good Dr. I should not have to hound the office to send over the prescription. This has happen a handful of times and has made us change to a different office
I see other reviews on here and I think it’s a bit skewed of a view to mention his back office is a mess but that he’s a good doctor. I had issues with call back from his office, yes but he is a good doctor in my experience. I am a “must see and explain empirical evidence” in my tests to determine treatment kind of person and he was on board with all my questions and the explanations I needed. I just don’t except words, I need to know exactly why a doctor is recommending and treatment. He accommodated me.

Have had a couple of virtual visits, but have not met him in person. Seems nice enough and reasonably patient, answering all my questions.
Dr Ling has been nice and helpful but his office team has been VERY difficult to work with. Tried getting a prescription refilled for insulin and it always takes too long for them to get back to CVS. CVS sent request over the weekend (3.05.23), so I call CVS on Monday (3.6.23) to see if I can pick up my insulin and the dr office NEVER got back to cvs. I tried calling the dr office and nobody picks up, this is at 8:30am on a Tuesday and Ive already tried calling 5 times.
