Two-three years ago my wife and I were considering moving to Palm Springs. In the end we did not make the move, but we were serious enough to talk to Jason Allen a few times. He was extremely helpful in terms of how to think about where to live in PS, about various practical issues, and on and on. Highly recommend Jason and his team if you're looking for a real estate agent. We were moving to the Coachella Valley from Northern California and him and his team were able to handle aspects of the purchase for us so we didn't have to make another trip down. He organized the showings in a way that I appreciated (and I would have organized them myself) so we weren't criss crossing around town. Jason is a 5 Star Pro in my humble opinion. He's a positive, energetic problem solver who navigated so well between the seller and me, the buyer.
Jason was absolute perfection when it came to helping us find the needle in the haystack we sought in Palm Springs. We rolled into town in a pickup truck looking for a big yard, privacy, a two car garage and no costly HOA. And just to make things even more challenging, we wanted a one story and a quarter acre lot.
