Dr. Rubinov is excellent. However, the office is a nightmare to deal with. For over 4 months, my insurance, quest diagnostics and me are calling his office and leaving messages about a billing issue and nobody calls back, forget about solving the billing issue. Update 4/14: even after submitting this form, no one has called.
