My son had a break thru seizure 5 days later still no contact from his office after multiple calls he made an impersonal visit no help all this after multiple issues getting his drivers license permission from his office needs to clean up these situations we are finding another doctor
Dr Bisping has been amazing! Works with you to explain options and makes sure you understand. He listens and cares. He doesn't rush you out.
Called his office multiple times and left messages that went unanswered regarding my medication. After showing up at the office and being told I could wait till 4 pm (it was 12 pm) to speak to him or a medical assistant, I went home and got a call back from a nurse saying she would ask my question regarding my medication and call me back. It is now three days since I was told I'd get a call back and just took my last pill to prevent seizures, they clearly do not care about helping their patients
It is very hard to contact him when I have a problem or a question.
