This rating is for the doctor's scheduler. I gave only 1 star because been trying to schedule my 95 yrs old father for an appt since April 23, 2025 as a new patient. Several follow calls I made, but they just kept on promising to call me back but up now no return call was made. I think I'm changing my mind to have a different doctor for my dad. I'm feeling bad because my father never met Dr Jason & he was recommended by our family friend. I am actually frustrated.
I've been seeing Dr Guevara for a few years now. He moved to a location almost an hours drive for me.. no problem. As I tell him all the time, I'd drive out of state for him. Outstanding physician who really cares. He listens, he knows his stuff.. well educated. Highly recommend
Horrible to try to book appointments, they have more business than they can handle and easily brush you off. Had to cancel an appointment, the next available is 45 days later and they laughed. Will be finding another doctor! Reaching them on the phone is a joke. They clearly cannot handle their clients. Shame, some of the staff is nice.
Thorough, smart, professional, highly recommended!
