Was given appointment fast by his Receptionist only to find out the hard way that doctor refuses to do Hernia operations . That's fine that he chooses not to preform that Operation but to talk to me like I was nothing below his feet was uncalled for. His quote was rather not do that surgery but if you insist on me preforming it I will need another doctor beside me to preform it. He had other choice words that am not putting on here . I was told that Dr. Rigoni didn't have the best bed-side manor before scheduling my appointment, though after doing research on him and knowing his background was in an Army Medical Center I was fine with keeping my appointment. My thought was, I don't need you to "coddle" me, just do your job to the best of your abilities. After my appointment with him, I now understand why some would speak about his bed-side manor in that way.
