Called Dr. Reynolds office to setup a new patient appointment. Receptionist stated he does not take new patients without a referral from a primary care physician. Didn't matter that I had been under the care of another urologist in the past, nor did it matter that my insurance doesn't require referrals from primary care physicians. I told the receptionist "thank you" and ended the call. I'll move on and find a specialist that doesn't require a dr. visit before the actual dr. visit.
Jason Reynolds treats my husband for bladder cancer. Very professional Dr. and staff! Quickly seen when we have an appointment . Always has time for our questions and cares about his patients! Trust him 100% when it comes to taking care of my husband!
A very knowledgeable physician, he has taken care of my bladder cancer since 2017, a kind and caring person Robert VanSyckel
