JRL helped us turn our yard and wasted space into a resort style oasis. From the design process right through to completion the communication was on point. We made some changes along the way and also added extra work which wasn’t an issue for the JRL team. The quality of work is amazing. We love it! I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone.
Our project has now been completed for about 8 months and the quality still shines, we enjoy the space that has been created and love how easy it is to maintain, very happy in our choice engaging JRL and would do again for sure.
Troy, Nigel and the team were extremely professional and easy to deal with and communicate to. We had a huge project for them to do - replacing a 2m x 18m retaining wall at the bottom of a steep sloping lot which basically was supporting the house. They worked with us before and, more importantly, during the build when variations to the project happened to arise, still keeping in line with engineer's plans. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced with your company. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and responsiveness I encountered. Firstly, I had to make several calls before customer service responded to my initial inquiry, despite leaving multiple emails. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
