Troy, Nigel and the team were extremely professional and easy to deal with and communicate to. We had a huge project for them to do - replacing a 2m x 18m retaining wall at the bottom of a steep sloping lot which basically was supporting the house. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently experienced with your company. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and responsiveness I encountered. Firstly, I had to make several calls before customer service responded to my initial inquiry, despite leaving multiple emails. My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
