Jason canceled my appointment last minute blaming scheduling app error which is fine, we all have tech issues so I was understanding but now after weeks of me asking kindly for my deposit back since HE canceled and not me, he will no longer respond and has yet to give my money back despite multiple requests, Zelle invitations. This is my second time coming to Jason. After my first visit I knew he would be my stylist! I had a hair emergency and he assured me he would get the job done and he did!
