As of January 2022, my mother has been waiting over two years to be named executor of her brother's estate. It has been over 6 months since my mother has turned in all requested documents. In fact the only reason she turned in something 6 months ago is because I got involved. We've received no timeline in regard to the resolution of this probate case. Update - February 29, 2024 - 4 years and counting to have a one asset estate resolved. No timelines - No estimate for resolution of my uncles estate. Absolutely avoid this atto... read more

Will never use or recommend Mr.Mann to anyone again, had him probate my mother’s will paid him, but he never finished the job. He would not return calls or texts. Finally had to hire another lawyer ( after already paying him) to finish probating the will.
