I returned to Sherman ER today, I made it clear I would absolutely refuse care from Dr. Foreman if he was on call. I had previous care from him in August. All the books, & degrees in the world can't teach compassion, the art of listening ,as well as common decency and respect for patients. Advocate Sherman deserves better, as it is a great facility!
Dr. Foreman was the worst ER Dr I've ever had, I was sent to the ER by my Dr with instruction on what she wanted done, he didn't do them and prescribed a medicine that didn't work for me in the past. I get very sick with antibiotics usually, which is why my Dr asked them to do something specific. He refused to listen to my history with antibiotics. When I asked for a different antibiotic options he refused to talk about other options, when I asked him to call my Dr he refused and wouldn't listen until I requested to speak to... read more
