Jason R. Bailey, MD is a proud 6th generation Texan. He is a native Houstonian, having attended St. Thomas High School following which he graduated with Honors from the University of Texas Austin with a degree in Italian. He attended medical school at University of Texas Houston Health Science Center. His surgical training was completed at the University of California San Diego Medical Center and included General Surgery, then a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency and Fellowship.

Cant say enough good about Dr Bailey. Excellent plastic surgeon. He has had to redo my wife’s prior surgeons work. (Breast reconstruction) We are much happier with the results from Dr. Bailey. He has shown extreme concern and compassion and is obviously passionate about helping people.
Dr. Bailey is one of the most kind and talented surgeons I have ever met in my entire life and I’m 50 years old. About three years ago (March 1, 2019), I had an extremely unfortunate work accident. I fell approximately 23 feet through a faulty floor in an attic as I was repairing someone’s ’s air conditioner. My mother was recommended to visit Dr. Jason Bailey in the middle of November in 2021 for a post-op appointment because her actual reconstructive surgeon had already left that facility. Moreover, as her post-op appointment was ending and my mother and I were being given oral instructions on how to best take care of her wounds from a nurse at the office.
