If I know one thing to be true, people will never forget how you make them feel….. I OVERLY used and abused my roadside assistance (due to a bad alternator and I had no idea that was my issue at the time). Whenever I called to express my frustration about my roadside assistance being dropped and how it could possibly be my alternator giving me so much car trouble, I was told verbatim “well, just go get a new alternator”……as if an alternator for my luxury vehicle was equivalent to a loaf of bread that I could just convenientl... read more
Millie was so great at getting my new car added as well as explaining everything about the new changes that were going on with the company! She didn't rush thru and made sure everything was accurate before she pushed the final button.
