If I know one thing to be true, people will never forget how you make them feel….. I OVERLY used and abused my roadside assistance (due to a bad alternator and I had no idea that was my issue at the time). Millie was so great at getting my new car added as well as explaining everything about the new changes that were going on with the company! She didn't rush thru and made sure everything was accurate before she pushed the final button.
We needed renter’s insurance for our youngest while he’s in college. We needed the quote long before it was move-in time. Millie was wonderful to work with because she had the patience and understanding that our policy had very specific timelines over this summer.
