Horrible bedside manner. Dismissive, lacks compassion, and has no place in geriatrics. Let alone memory care. Go elsewhere.
Took a close family member to Dr. Graff many years ago and was amazed at the attention and care they received. He and his staff not only properly diagnosed but listened with care and empathy! I have recommended him often to others and will continue. Thank you for being a great physician and dedicating your life to the elderly.
I am disgusted by Graff and the way he totally disregards his patients well being. He doesnt listen to the patient and their concerns and just says "that's the dementia talking" He's more worried about the spouse and does anything anyone tells him to do without listening to his patients. He'd rather throw them in a home and be done with it. I sew other reviews saying these same things. Do NOT take your elderly parents here. He just doesn't care.
