Best C section recovery ever
Went in looking for info and receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. She didn’t even let me talk she kept cutting me off . She was clearly on the phone but why say how can I help you if you can’t address me at that moment ? … I walked out … never again .
I’ve heard wonderful things about Dr. Brown and have even had a great experience working with the NP, which I truly appreciated. However, I’ve unfortunately had some very disappointing experiences during visits to the office, particularly with the front desk staff and medical assistants. The front desk often comes across as unwelcoming, and I’ve found communication to be lacking. I had the best experience with Dr. Brown for my annual woman's exam! He has a very calm demeanor to him that makes you feel calm, he was gentle, thorough, and patiently listened and addressed all of my questions. I will be back for sure and am grateful to have found a great quality doctor for my needs. Thank you again!
