Their website was very easy to navigate to set up my portal. The appointment scheduling was very good. The staff and waiting time was excellent. The nurse, PA and Dr Norcross were all very attentive, helpful and sincere. Everything went smoothly. I left a happy patient.
Dr., Norcross is extremely knowledgable and caring, and a very skilled surgeon. I recommend him highly.
Dr. Norcross listened to what I explained was happening at PT. He then changed my Physical Care Plan to STOPPING PT, it was agitating my Groin Area AND Start a 20 minute Walk 1 day and the next day ride the stationary Bike for 20 Minutes in our workout area in my apartment complex.
As always very efficient, right on time and extremely approachable and informative.
Skilled, efficient staff. Awesome surgeon!
