My father needed his prescriptions refilled. He called the office and could only speak to a machine. This machine will tell you if you are the next person in line to have a human answer and/or if there is a long wait they will ask for a phone number and give you a call back. Sounds good, however my father had tried several times to get a prescription refilled and he couldn't get through. I find Dr. Jason Moshier to be very professional and very attuned to the patient. In each visit he takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered and offers opportunity for more questions. He takes a cautious approach when prescribing medications, always seeking to remedy the problem with the lowest dosages necessary. After having bad experiences with the office staffs of other doctors, I can wholeheartedly give Dr. Moshier's office staff an A+ in efficiency & helpfulness.
