Rented an apartment legit 10 years ago and this guy represents the wench I rented from. I referred 3 separate people to this complex so I got $250 off my rent. When I moved out she said that never happened and sued me for the $800. Well she is just now garnishing my wages which is fine I’m a server so she can continuing waiting years for her money. BUT me being the better person I have tried calling this Jason dude to pay but clearly no one wants my money since I have yet to get a call back.
I rented an apartment from one of the properties that this crum represents in 2017 after my husband passed away in our home. I moved out about a month later because it was nasty. The leasing agent smoked pot in the office and would have her people all hanging out in the office and in the buildings. My son then 1 could not even stay with me because I found mold that triggered his asthma so bad he was hospitalized. Here we are in 2024 they took 1,607 from my state taxes in February and are now garnishing my checks. Mind you I ... read more

Wow!!! This must be pure filth to not even get more than 1 decent review....🤦♀️ I rented an appt. about 10 yrs ago, I left due to it being trash, and had mold. I owed 1 months rent. They had a flood at the complex a couple yrs later and then decided to come after me. They have garnished my taxes ever since, and now garnishing my already non existent wages. Mind you I only owed $600. That apparently turned into 4,000. Hence why I haven't paid. This attorney office is disgusting and has never taken my call. I don't know how ... read more
