My daughter contacted me to say her heater quit working, house was cold for the kids (Pollock Pines) contacted the office, Chris provided wonderful customer service & had a technician out within hours. Fixed the problem! Daughter & her family are now cozy & warm thanks to the great team at Jason Mechanical!
They do not test the installation, install and disappear. AC never worked. It took me over a month get someone to come out. Hard to deal with, do not recommend. Look for different company.
Ghosted, I hired the team to inspect my HVAC on a bi annual basis. After I actually needed a repair (gas leak I found),they sent a rude tech over and never called me again, seriously I had to make multiple attempts to get a bill and even more to pay it. They were supposed to come back for my bi annual service but never heard from them and that was in spring 2024. I don’t think they need the business, and I’m not begging. These guys are amazing! Long story short – I have a 13 year old AC unit that we have service regularly by Bell Brothers, well my unit started blowing hot air on the first triple digit temps and Bell Brother’s quoted us 29,000 for a new unit. I decided to get a second opinion from Janson Mechanical. From the initial call Chris took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire process, through the inspection and servicing my technician Alan is very knowledgeable, and I feel they are extremely trustworthy.
