Did not follow up with polyps said it’ll be ok! Now my stomach is a mass of polyps
They offer a patient portal and email you to set it up but if they're paying for this service, they're wasting their money. Unless you're checking about when appointsment are or need to see your medication list that you provided to them in the first place, there is no other useful information. Based on my experience they apparently do not utilize it to put in visit notes or test results.
Use to really like this Dr but he’s not as thorough as use to be. Like all doctors now try to see how many patients they can go through in a day

Staff was great and helpful. Dr. Wilkes was very rude and judgmental the whole time. Didn’t answer or provide any solutions to the severe problem I had at the time either. One of the worst doctors and experiences with a doctor I have ever had. The best G.I. Doctor retired and this is what we were left with but there are many more qualified doctors in the area now and they provide way better care. I would not recommend Dr. Wilkes unless he was the very last option you have.
Office staff very friendly and helpful. Dr Wilkes came across as very judgemental and condescending. Would rather deal with CRNP or find another gastro, preferably one associated with Huntsville Hospital. Left feeling as if he blamed me for Keller ER sending me to Huntsville because "the are no qualified gastro specialists in this area"! Bedside manner need a lot of work.
Listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
