Oh boy where do I begin. Well, my husband, a truck driver, was just in there. They already had him get a CPAP that didn’t help. The man cannot sleep and suffer from extreme exhaustion during the day. So he went back for a regular appointment. He was told I was to blame for having the tv on at night (mind you he is only home 4-6 days a month). I don’t think so, sir. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME Dr. Maxfield and Dr. Pierson are simply CPAP machine salesman. They have no ability or interest in diagnosing and treating actual sleep disorders. Did you really think you were going to find a doctor qualified in treating neurological sleep disorders in Joplin, Missouri? ...unfortunately, like most people i was completely uneducated in the field and hopeful and gave it a shot.

Very rude unprofessional staffing that talks down to patients/ customers just because they don't like to deal with insurance companies
If prescribed a CPAP, insurance requires a follow up appointment within 90 days, but they're booked out for 5 months. And knowing this, they didn't even setup a follow up appointment while I was there. They told me to call back after I picked up the CPAP, knowing they were already booked way past the date I needed to return. All they need to do is reserve appointment times for follow ups.
