Very rude unprofessional staffing that talks down to patients/ customers just because they don't like to deal with insurance companies

If prescribed a CPAP, insurance requires a follow up appointment within 90 days, but they're booked out for 5 months. And knowing this, they didn't even setup a follow up appointment while I was there. They told me to call back after I picked up the CPAP, knowing they were already booked way past the date I needed to return. All they need to do is reserve appointment times for follow ups. The doctor and his staff, from check-in to nurses, were professional, pleasant and polite. Dr. Maxfield himself was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had a great first visit. Only downside is appointments do have to be booked months in advance — the practice is very, very busy and I think he might be the only sleep doc in my network locally — but staff do try to find openings or put you on a cancellation list.
