She was extremely in a rush, jumped to prescribe new medication without substantial details on the other one or literally anything else, I have needed meds adjusted for 3 weeks now and she’s still being unhelpful and frankly gives completely useless information and just tries to get you out of the office ASAP. NEVER COME TO HER. NEVER.

I have been with Dr. Breneisen over 5 years. It is hard to find a good cardiologist who is so knowledgeable. His advices are well to follow. He is focused on the patient, and follows up on patient’s condition. My Mother used to be a heart patient and now I am. I speak from experience. Do not want to badmouth some doctors I met. But certainly want to praise and thank a good one. I highly recommend Dr. Breneisen to patients in need. Thank you Dr. Breneisen for all your help to me!

Please do not schedule an appointment with Ruby Ali! If I could give zero stars, I would. I should have looked at some previous reviews of this doctor before scheduling an appointment for my mom with this neurologist that works for Northbay. My mom had an appointment scheduled with Ruby Ali to diagnose her potential dementia as I noticed many symptoms and wanted to get a diagnosis and potential plan. I have been dealing with a very heavy liver fluke infestation for the last couple of years that I’ve been treating off and on with para guard that has been helping, but is not eradicating the infection. Dr Taylor saved my life. My son was 18 months old when I had a brain aneurysm rupture. No one said I would make it. Dr. Taylor put a clip in my brain and saved my life. I can never thank this wonderful doctor enough. I just watched that 18 month old turn 26 years old. Thank you Dr. Taylor. Your amazing.
Impossible to get refills for necessary medication Dr Ali and her staff are terrible and do not consider the health of the patient. Can not get a call back after many many messages left with service about no medication on hand and a prescription needed. She will be reported to medical board of California for negligence.
Dr. Hassani is so friendly that you feel like he's your friend(son), of course to a much higher level. Whenever I have questions or concerns, I use the North Bay Patient Portal website. Sometimes there are questions that are not that emergent but still important to me. I've had some situations that it was REALLY EMERGENT like today! During exam, I was asked to turn over on my side but I couldn’t due to pain. Instead of offering to assist me, or get someone else he stated he would give me 5 minutes and left the room. He would not answer my questions , was very dismissive, and became visibly annoyed. He stated my health issue was due to arthritis in my hip and not from the fall I suffered 10 months earlier..
