This place is a joke. The staff members are extremely slow and you can tell they are learning as they go. Getting an appointment is damn near impossible. The doctors are rarely in the office. I scheduled an appointment 3-4weeks out and then I received a call cancelling my appointment. I already requested time off. They don't send you confirmation texts or emails with the address. Dr. Phillips seems fine, although somewhat "rushed." However, I was disappointed to learn that he generally doesn't conduct MRI guided biopsies, which have been proven to be advantageous for detecting prostate cancer - especially with larger prostates. But the real problem is with the poor communication that exists within the entire staff. (1) Receptionship could not process and respond to a simple question. Not sure if Dr. Phillips is a good doctor or bad. My wife sat alone in an exam room for 45 minutes waiting for him to show up for a 1:30 new patient appointment and he never appeared nor did anyone from the office come in to apologize for the wait or explain his delay. After waiting for the 45 minutes without any interaction from anyone, my wife left the office. She will not be returning, the thought being that if if this is how new patients are treated or valued, the care is also suspect.
Dr. Phillips is an amazing knowledgeable doctor. He scheduled me within a very reasonable time and was able to answer my question and follow up with me after my visits. I am recommending him to my family members. Thank you Doctor Phillips.
