The procedure went well- moved along quickly. Very pleasant staff. Dr Hafron is great- personable and easy to ask questions of.
Dr Hafron is a highly respected top clinician -- one of the top doctors in the state! But the Michigan Institute of Urology administration is the most frustrating and unprofessional group I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with many!). Their phone system is broken; no one answers their Surgical Scheduling number and they never return messages left.
