I still go to him even though I live 32 miles away. He is awesome!
The only problem I have with this Doctor is that the people working for him in the office, are difficult to deal with! When you request a medication refill, you shouldn’t have to camp out at the pharmacy, hoping to get your medication within the first 7 days after seeing him. I shouldn’t have to be made to feel that I’m a “difficult person’”, just for calling & asking for the medication approval to be sent to the pharmacy! Never, ever anything but positive experiences here. From the front office to the providers…. Dr Jason, Dr Larry and Rae-Lynn have always given me top notch service. My primary, Dr Jason Couture, is kind, responsive to my needs and highly professional. Never in a rush, gives more than adequate time to make sure everything is thoroughly explained and all questions are answered. I came here looking for doctors that cared and this place DOESN’T disappoint.
This practice has gone downhill. Jason and his dad and brother used to good thorough doctors. Now since it changed to Regal medical group they really have lost integrity. And yes Jason s receptionist has been there forever and I don't know why because she VERY RUDE. MANY YEARS I PUT UP WITH HER. TIME TO CHANGE DOCTORS.
