I had the enjoyment of working with Mr. Joshua Harrison. The guy is fantastic, I recently purchased my first vehicle with them, our odds seemed low and they actually managed to pull it off. Me and my wife are very thankful, huge shout out, huge thank you. Nick with paperwork did very good at explaining things as well. I have nothing bad to say about any of the team there. I will definitely be coming back.
Update: 5-8-26 Filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General office. 10 months now I have had truck issues. Now on my second truck that was supposed to have a brand-new engine that turned out to be a remanufactured engine. Had to rewire the 4x4 wires due to getting pinched, get new turbos, vacuum motor howling, a/c not charged. Picked up my truck 3 weeks ago with oil dripping from the engine, was taken right back that night. Picked the truck back up 2 weeks ago and the hose to the turbo blew on I40 breaking down with me... read more
Update: Publicly apologizing for the massive fit throwing that I did at the Jason Lewis Sparta location. While throwing said I'm on my way up the chain to JW. I'll explain to him everything that I have been through and then the last 9 months with the vehicles that I have purchased and that Wesley was the only person that took out time from his day and his personal time to keep me informed about my truck. 9 months 2 trucks and $36,000 later I'm still not able to drive a truck iv purchased from this place. Always an excuse of out dated warranty and just plain sorry you'll have to pay out of pocket. 2k cash and 6k warranty to fix and trade in 1st truck 2k cash and now wanting 4k cash on the 2nd truck iv have 1.5 months that's been setting in their shop 3 months.... Yep new engine and 180 pint inspection and they won't fix it. I'm don't with Jason Lewis and the broken down diesels on their lots
Hunter Patterson was the best! He knew what I wanted and got me approved quick! He made it super easy, no waiting hours like at most dealerships!
