As part of the process to get a special issuance medical from the FAA, I was required to take a HIMS Neuropsychological test battery. I found Dr. King and easily set up an appointment. The office staff was able to get me in for the two days of testing on the week of Thanksgiving which was incredible. Dr. King was very personable and I felt very comfortable with him. Diagnosed my grandmother 3 years ago.
Terrible to get in contact with. A referral was made by my doctor at the beginning of the month. Several weeks have passed and still no response. I am sorry to say I am not impressed with their service as they have not made any effort to contact my doctor or I to schedule an appointment.
