They are very disorganized, do not return phonecalls, and make you jump through hoops to get an appointment. Lots of red tape and changing goal posts. Very time-consuming and response times from them take a very, very long time. When they do finally respond, they are asking for supporting documents for a condition that was never even mentioned during the extensive phone conversation with the receptionist about the actual condition you need testing for. As part of the process to get a special issuance medical from the FAA, I was required to take a HIMS Neuropsychological test battery. I found Dr. King and easily set up an appointment. The office staff was able to get me in for the two days of testing on the week of Thanksgiving which was incredible. Dr. King was very personable and I felt very comfortable with him. The person who administered the testing was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable as well. A couple months later, my report was ready and sent to ... read more
