Dr. Kim cancelled an important revision surgery the day before on October 10th of last year, without even providing an adequate reason. Just “he doesn’t do that surgery anymore”, as if he magically forgot how to do the surgery. Even better, he referred me to another specialist that did not take my insurance. I lucked out with an exceptional ENT who did the revision surgery better than this surgeon would have. I cannot recommend this place at all.
Had an appointment that lasted 5 minutes 7/29/24. As the pain I was having had passed. Dr Kim advised keep taking the nasal spray and allergy meds and to get a night gaurd. I paid my 60 co pay. Today I received a collections notice. His office billed for a service that was not done. He did nothing but talk to me and look in my ear. I'm extremely unhappy with his billing. The office is very unhelpful. Lady who took the call was very rude.
It is very bad. Especially when patients need medical assistance, it is not managed properly.
I visited for an ear cleaning need one time. Jason Kim did not provided any service worth any value at all to me. After one week, a collection agent billed me $347.00 by the suspicious organization named Kim Medical Corporation. My insurance HMO already granted permission for zero payments. The collection agency uses wild, rough, and extremely offensive language.
HE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY.. i have medical insurance and I've been dealing with sleep apnea for a while. I decided to see Jason because he was Korean and it would not cause a language barrier for my mom to understand everything. Also i paid out of pocket for an appointment which shows he probably thought i couldn't afford treatment. He comes in flashes a flashlight in my nose and says you probably have sleep apnea.
