Very caring, but also doesn’t skip over even small details.
I have had an awful experience with this Dr Sloan and his office. He has ignored my emails, will not speak to me directly and is currently refusing me service simply because he doesn't feel comfortable. He has caused me a large amount of stress by being very unprofessional. I have done everything asked of me to no avail. He hasn't contacted me to assist me with finding another Dr, hasn't properly advised me of my conditions, hasn't given a valid reason for his denial of services, hasn't helped me at all. After moving to KC, I made an appointment with this doctor to continue care after being with a previous gynecologist for more than 10 years. After almost a 2-month wait to be seen, he initially agreed to continue me on the same pain medication that I have been taking since 2010 for endometriosis and other chronic health problems, which I have been taking with no issues for more than a decade, and which my last doctor happily provided. Dr. Sloan is amazing! He always took the time to talk with me, listening to my questions and concerns and responding with empathy and respect. His decision making is backed by years of training and experience as well as up-to-date research, which reassured me that myself and my unborn baby were receiving the best care possible. He made my first birth experience go very smoothly and I now have a happy, healthy, 6-month old! I can't recommend Dr. Sloan highly enough.
Dr. Sloan delivered my first child, the care he and his staff offered was kind, caring, and personal. I absolutely loved his nurses!
