I’m telling to all the people who come this jewelry store don’t waste your time. Go find another jewelry store because you will be disappointed. When I come the man he didn’t have manners and he is the rudest ever. I’m surprised the store still open in business being he is rude and don’t have any customers service skills. If there is zero star I will definitely giving him zero.
Got diagnosed with cancer and needed to raise money took jewelry over to sell and he offered me $200 for everything I had which I knew it was a rip off price I'll check it over to the silver queen and I got 1000. Unethical.
Don't trust this store. Over charges you and is less than truthful. I will never go back there. There are many reputable jewelers to choose from, just not this one.
