I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Willis when he saw me at Baptist Hospital for a diabetic ulcer on my foot. His bedside manner was excellent—very personable, caring, and reassuring. He really helped put me at ease with the tests and treatments, always making it clear that surgery would be the very last option. His focus was on saving my foot and keeping all my little piggies :-)
Our experience with him was not good My husband went to him March 2023 for an infected toenail. Dr. Willis removed the toenail. We doctored it and dressed it like Dr Willis told us to every day. We returned for every follow up appointment. The toe didn’t look good and wasn’t healing. I questioned Dr Willis about it. He said it was fine. Long story short the doctor kept saying it was fine until it got gangrene and my husband lost his entire toe.
Dr Willis is the best! After I broke my toe and went to the ER they referred me to see Dr Willis and said he's the best Podiatrist and you are in good hands. So I went and indeed he was, he isn't like most Drs just rush you out of the office or try to just push for surgery. He worked with me until it was the last resort. Then I had Plantar Fasciitis and Tarsal Tunnel :( luckily I have the best! Every time I went in for surgery every nurse would say that I'm in very good hands cause he's the best! Indeed he is! Doc Willis came and saved my husbands foot when no one else would touch it. (After a horrible foot Doctor did surgeon). We highly recommend Doctor Willis. He is friendly and very personable he makes you feel like you’re in the room with your family. We trust him Thanks doc!!
Dr. Willis has been my Podiatrist since 2014 and has guided me through 2 podiatric operations. Dr. Willis has always been knowledgeable, professional and has a great bedside manner. I have recommended Dr. Willis to both family members and friends. He is a great physician.
