Dr. Marshall and his staff are just wonderful.
I ALWAYS receive 5 star service, but that day was not the best. I wasn't told anything just when they called me back 1 hour late. Then the nurse was a little disrespectful to me. She asked if I asked anyone what was going on. That should be the lobby staff to keep us informed. When she asked my pain level, I had reached a level 10 from having to sit and wait for so long. She told me I should be in the emergency room. I almost walked out. I did give 4 stars because delays happen. That nurse didn't have ti be rude.
I admire Dr Marshall and find him to be very capable and easy to speak with. I do wish that I didn't always have to wait so long!
Dr. Marshall is always kind and caring. I do ask a lot of questions and he is very willing to answer them. Always a pleasant visit. Thank you!
Dr Marshall has helped me so much. He is an amazing surgeon and has an excellent staff.
