Getting responses from doctors is very slow, usually in excess of 3-5 days—if you get a reply at all. I was once given the wrong dosage of a prescription by a nurse. It seemed too high, so I asked about it. They said the quantity was correct, but the micrograms (mcg) were wrong. Dr. Jones is an exceptional and compassionate doctor who has been my trusted physician for over three decades. Even though I've moved away from my home in the US, I deeply miss his warm and knowledgeable approach to healthcare. It's truly challenging to find a doctor as caring and kind-hearted as him to oversee your well-being.
He didn’t listen to my concerns about why I didn’t want an invasive endoscopy just to diagnose what I was already certain of. He said it was the gold standard. Well I don’t care if it’s the gold standard or not. I don’t trust you period when you don’t listen to me. Needs to redo course in bedside manner maybe. I will not be going back to see this guy.
I've never been to a more arrogant doctor in my life! I felt like I was in an interrogation. He rapidly fired questions at me, and I was only allowed to respond to his questions and not elaborate. I took a food diary with notes and not once did he look at them. I was totally dismissed. I left angry and near tears.
Dr. Cisler provided a positive plan for me to follow to address my situation.

Great. Doctor Cisler's commitment to excellence is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable. His love of medicine and genuine concern for his patients shows. His competent examinations are amazingly thorough. Dr. Cisler and his staff take time in making certain the patient fully understands the procedure before the scheduled date by calling first, then mailing comprehensive instructions about the procedure. I had a horrible consult with Dr Alli. He was rude and arrogant and he made me feel like I was on trial. Avoid seeing him if at all possible!!!
