Getting responses from doctors is very slow, usually in excess of 3-5 days—if you get a reply at all. I was once given the wrong dosage of a prescription by a nurse. It seemed too high, so I asked about it. They said the quantity was correct, but the micrograms (mcg) were wrong. Great. Doctor Cisler's commitment to excellence is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable. His love of medicine and genuine concern for his patients shows. His competent examinations are amazingly thorough. Dr. Cisler and his staff take time in making certain the patient fully understands the procedure before the scheduled date by calling first, then mailing comprehensive instructions about the procedure. This man is an expert in his field of medicine but I recommend him to friends and family because along with he being an expert he is also a good person who will explain or draw in terms we can easily understand. One thing I may suggest to improve this doctor's performance would be to take a couple art classes if he had a minute of spare time, which he doesn't because of his commitment to his patients and continued learning and improving his technics. I would return to him if I had a problem.
