There's nothing more discouraging than going to medical professionals and being dismissed and misdiagnosed. I really enjoy this office because they're accommodating as hell. I love Monica the hygienist, she's so nice and just chill. I’m a well seasoned over a decade dental professional. I did a working interview with this office, and was offered the position. They could not satisfy my salary expectations, and because of that they refused to pay me for a full day of work for my working interview. Well over a month after working a full day with this office, and not so pleasant interactions with the office manager regarding getting paid and making it clear I would go further with this they finally sent a check for minimum wage to me. They took me in the same day, assessed my condition, and offered to perform a procedure on the spot. I have a daughter with Kabuki syndrome. We have never been able to get through a cleaning, she has never made it past counting her teeth. Today I saw a miracle, Monica really got on her level and was able to not only do the entire cleaning process( complete with x-rays), she gained 2 friends for life. DR. Al-Roomi was also wonderful.
