As always, Monica did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, Dr Al-Roomi couldn’t be any kinder and Milly, Jay and Aylicec were a pleasure. I don’t kringe at this dental office!!
I first came here 4 years ago when it was run by a different dentist and it was great. Its now an unprofessional mess. I came here for a filling in early January 2026 . Afterwards I was walked to the front desk by the dentist and made a follow up appointment for a cleaning on the 14th. I showed up on the 14th and the girl at the front desk told me she had "forgot to put my appointment in the system" and I would have to make another appointment. It’s been many years I don’t experience this level of quality care. Where a doc goes above & beyond to care for his patient. I was experiencing some crumbling on the tip of the two middle bottom teeth. Previous dentist had said it was normal aging wear & tear , I did my due diligence in stood away from hard foods in an effort to preserve them. Continue to brush floss and ACT fluoride as usual. I was in need of an extraction very bad to the point where an abscess began to form. Although I was terrified of the abscess I continued to put it off because of a previous dental visit I had at another dentist office that left me basically traumatized. Ever since that day I literally get anxiety when visiting the dentist. I was referred to Care Smile and I am sooo happy that I was.
