I had a serious infection in my lower right jaw and they took me in at a busy time, pulled the affected tooth and gave me a script for antibiotics. I was looking at going to my PCP for treatment, which would delay positive results. Thanks to Dr. Al-Roomi and his awesomely courteous staff for their help at a desperate time for me.
My wife and myself dental hygienist is Monica K. She is so professional and kind , always welcome you with a big smile and remember your names. She has great skills on dental cleaning, we don’t feel any pain, our tooth are very clean, She took the time to show us the flossing techniques patiently . This is by far the best dentist I have ever visited. I see Dr. Nahm and that man was born to be a dentist. When I tell you I went in to have two extractions last week, and I felt essentially zero pain, INCLUDING the novocaine needle insertion, I'm not exaggerating. Not only that, but I have never had pain or swelling after an extraction by him that reaches more than a 2 or 3 on a scale of 10. Don't ever miss an appointment! They won't let you make another one. They will tell you to walk in and they'll let you know if they can treat you. Plus you get a different dentist ever time. I explained this to my new dentist and they had replied " that is unacceptable " no dental office should treat they're patients like this. Unprofessional.
