My parents and my son referred me to Jason, so in 2015 I switched to State Farm. Last month I called with a homeowner insurance question. I was told an agent would call me back. No one returned my call. I called Tuesday of this week wanting a quote for a new vehicle. I was told an agent would call me. No one has called me back. I don’t understand why “an agent” would call me when Jason is listed as my agent.
