Horribe office staff. Doctors do not care about front desk either. i am about to change my doctor just for office staff.
Excellent doctor! I've been a patient for the past 5 years, he's no nonsense with direct solutions.
Apparently, a couple of the doctors may be knowledgeable. However, the office staff is uncouth and deplorable. I have been there on more than one occasion whereby the office staff were combative and abrasive with the patients in both the old and new office. The office manager a woman of Indian descent got obnoxious with me after a staff member named Diane lied on me and told her that she spoke to me over the phone and told me that she changed my appointment when in fact I have never corresponded with that person in my life. ... read more
Dr. Hollander has been my Dr. for several years. Last year he was not available to see me when I was having an issue so I saw another Dr. in the office who was available. I call today, to make an appointment with Dr. Hollander and was told he is not taking any new patients. I told the receptionist I am a patient. She said since he has not seen me since 2014 I am considered a new and he will not see me. Even after I explained to her he was not available for me to see him my last visit.
