This place is an absolute nightmare. The front desk staff treats customers like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging you. Phones go unanswered, messages are ignored, and if you do manage to get through, expect to be put on hold indefinitely. I showed up on time for my appointment only to sit in the lobby for over an hour with zero updates.
