Doctor walked in with assumptions on a complex case. Assumed weight gain meant the symptoms were not an issue and poked gut once, nevermind patient had complex fluid retention, claimed full diagnosis and no further testing by them. Patient was a complex case and assumed everything was being dramatic before we even spoke. Very disappointed by this representative who only could glance at a file and already had his stance set from the start. I am this patients caregiver and family
