My mother the is 72 years old accompanied my uncle for his eye exam the receptionist were very rude and unprofessional they told my mom the she couldn’t stayed inside and had to wait outside in hot weather 98 degrees outside she came home not feeling well cause the heat from waiting outside
The doctor is wonderful. The front desk receptionist is slow. Literally had me drive a hour just so she can tell me what I already told her on the phone. I told her my glasses were broke and if they could be fixed. She told me I had to come in just to say that my glasses and they couldn't be fixed when I told her they were broke and was specific about how they were broke. Very inconsiderate.

Dr Heaven gave me great and fast care for an issue I was having with my eye today. Dr Heaven has given me outstanding care for over a decade. He is what I call the “Peoples Champ” of eye care ! Update had my annual check up today. Dr Jason and the team still doing strong work!
