My mother has been seeing Dr. Howard for a few years. She thought He was great. His employee Dani or Daniella is the reason she left. You cannot get this woman to do anything that is asked. Ask for a referral from her. She acts like she is god himself. She refuses to submit referrals, even though my mother has seen a rheumatologist for decades . I’m not sure if the doctor is aware of how badly she treats the patients especially the elderly. We have found my mom a new PCP
What started out as a good experience has turned into a horrible one. Honestly, most of the staff is fantastic, all except for the one person you have to deal with most, and she's a nightmare. She's extremely rude, likes to lie and threaten people, and can't get a prescription sent to the pharmacy correctly to save her life.
