What started out as a good experience has turned into a horrible one. Honestly, most of the staff is fantastic, all except for the one person you have to deal with most, and she's a nightmare. She's extremely rude, likes to lie and threaten people, and can't get a prescription sent to the pharmacy correctly to save her life. Dr. Howard has been a constant in my life for the past 15 + years. Him and his nurse work with me and my hectic schedule and are able to squeeze me in last minute, most of the time, so I don’t miss out on any meds that I need. I appreciate everything they have done for me over the year!
