Only come here if you are willing to be treated like a farm animal. Doctor is running over 2hours and 20 minutes late...staff thinks nothing of it...why not call patients and let them know so they can show up later or cancel. Got here at 11:00, 15 minutes before as requested, and now it's 1:00 and still waiting with 2 people before us. The office staff is very rude and unwilling to help answer any of your questions.
Opposite of the previous reviews about, Dr. Gould knows what he is doing. Beside matter was good, but what is most important is he does a great job on Surgery. He removed 3 medal supporting plates from my leg from a previous accident. Very Satisfied.
My mom fractured her shoulder and this doctor was assigned. He never looked at her both times we met, only at the xrays. We had to wait 2 hours plus and no bedside manner... he stayed with us 1 minute and never even looked at my mom. My mom was in great pain and so swollen... we were worried. His office also took more than 1 week to get the visiting nurse service to us. Wish we did not have to go back.
