Our experience at OFallon Family Dental Care with Dr. Harrison was outstanding! The front office staff was welcoming and professional from the moment we walked in. Front desk personnel is just awful. Hard to work with the customers and doesn’t give right the correct information to customers.
So disappointed with my Invisalign management here. I started my Invisalign 8 months ago. Staff handed my trays to me through the door, due to covid. No one ever asked how things were going or if I had concerns. Finally, in December 2020 I asked to see Dr. Harrison, who I had only met one time before starting Invisalign. Finally, in January of 2021 I saw the dentist. My trays were fitting poorly, as I had suspected. A technician re-scanned me and said new trays would arrive within a week.
