I had to cancel my appointment with Dr. Jason G. Cundiff because of how the office staff treated me on the phone. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and had zero patience. She cut me off multiple times and clearly had no interest in listening to what I was trying to say. It was frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. I have no issue with Dr. Cundiff himself, I’m sure he’s a great doctor but the phone staff is terrible. Jason Cundiff is amazing he did a wonderful job from the procedure to telling me how it is he did amazing job I definitely would recommend to see him to anybody

Horrible office staff who never called back after calling this office over 5 times. They took off my other review for whatever reason probably because I gave details about the horrific experience. Avoid this practice. Office manager was called out on the horrible experience and tried to turn it around on me. Today as retaliation they sent me an OLD bill that I already paid. They used a company to collect an old debt. When I called that company to get the reference number the collector told me they merged with another company... read more
