My husband and I weren't planning on moving out of state, but life happened and we needed to move ASAP! We found Jason through Zillow and he was a god send! We were living in Florida and moving to Georgia and found a few houses we wanted to check out but weren't sure if it was worth the trip up. We were incredibly fortunate to find Jason through Zillow. As first time home buyers, the entire process was completely foreign to us and Jason was willing to help every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and made himself available as much with our schedule as he possibly could. He definitely went above and beyond to make buying our home as easy and comfortable of a process as he could and we're very thankful for that.

This gentleman has been very great! He was good in going the extra mile and offering to keep looking for housing for us and in the range we were looking for. Did not expect that at all! He would check in from time to time. Quick to respond. We felt like a high priority. Highly recommend this gentleman.

Jason’s no pressure approach was a breath of fresh air! We weren’t really in the market and wanted to just start looking, and he was patient through the entire process. Not only did he make sure we found our dream house and we loved it, he addressed all of our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting what we were paying for. I “found” Jason Francis through Zillow and couldn’t have been happier! He was continually in contact with me and the builder to make sure things were going smoothly. During the “walk through” he was extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to call Jason if I was in the market for another home!
