Purchased a brand new 36ft car hauler for my business I will say Dakota the salesman was great. Bart the manager is terrible his attitude is terrible. The trailer I purchased is complete trash it’s only 6 months old and is falling apart on me by far the worse quality trailer I’ve ever owned.
If there were negatives stars, this place would earn them all. Bart — the manager was one of the rudest, nastiest people I’ve ever dealt with in any business. In my experience, he acted like basic customer service was too much effort for him. The trailer I bought was a complete joke. After only a couple uses, the ramps snapped and even the wiring broke.
