Excellent surgeon. Took the time to get to know me and did an amazing job with my wife's knee replacement. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Desmarais has a great demeanor, is very personable and explains things thoroughly and so that they are easily understood. This is based on two appointments with him prior to knee replacement surgery. I have every confidence in his abilities as a surgeon and I am sure the surgery will go well.
Dr Desmarais immediately extended his hand and introduced himself upon entering the exam room. He asked appropriate questions, showed us the X-rays pointing out that I was free of any indication requiring surgery. He offered helpful recommendations to work towards improving my issue and said to definitely call back in two weeks if I wasn’t better. He gave us attention as if we were his only patients for the day. I would highly recommend him for an orthopedic concern.
