Have had appointments with this Dr. Have not met him yet. He was on vacation not keeping appointments. Cancels appointments right at time of appointments.
Good doctor, but don’t get sick. You have to wait 2 weeks just to get an appointment! When my kids are sick, I need an appointment within a day or two. I don’t want to hear “it’s just not gonna work. Neither doctor in the office can get them in until after the new year.”
Dr. Richey has been my Dr. for probably 15+ years. He cares about you both as a patient and a person. His expertise is top flight. He handles what he can and if necessary refers you to a specialist. I have moved 3 hours away since I retired in 2016, but I will still keep Dr. Richey as my primary care physician as long as he is practicing. It is frustrating that Mercy uses an answering service and does not allow calls directly to the Paris Clinic, but that is not his choice.
